03 Account Registration

To use bjurl, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree that all information you provide during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• One account only: Each person is permitted to hold only one bjurl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms. bjurl will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. bjurl will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Accurate information: You must ensure that the name and payment details on your bjurl account match the name and payment details on the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account you use for transactions. bjurl may request identity verification documents to confirm this.
• Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your bjurl account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bjurl support immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bjurl supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. bjurl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and will return any such deposits where possible.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bjurl balance instantly under normal conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account. bjurl does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• Currency: All transactions on bjurl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjurl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your bjurl balance within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. bjurl will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

05 Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on bjurl operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on any bjurl game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. bjurl is not responsible for losses that result from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All bets placed on bjurl are final once confirmed. bjurl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, bjurl reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.

• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has a minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted by the system.

• Game availability: bjurl reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game at any time without prior notice. This may occur for maintenance, regulatory, or technical reasons.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected from bjurl during a game round, the round will be completed by the system according to the game rules. bjurl is not liable for losses that result from disconnection caused by your internet connection or device.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bjurl may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bjurl bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: bjurl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Changes: bjurl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by changes made after the claim date, except where the change is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bjurl. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one bjurl account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a way that is not through normal manual play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing information about game states or deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Any deposit made using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder will be reversed and the account suspended.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play on bjurl if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of bjurl, including false identity documents submitted during verification.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

bjurl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• bjurl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has failed to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account holder has requested account closure or self-exclusion.
• bjurl is required to close the account for legal or regulatory reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bjurl will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the account holder within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bjurl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. This includes both real-money funds and bonus funds. bjurl will not be liable for any losses resulting from account closure where the closure is due to a breach by the account holder.

If you wish to close your bjurl account voluntarily, you can do so by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. bjurl will process the closure request within 48 hours of receiving it.

09 Privacy and Data

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjurl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjurl is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. This limitation applies regardless of whether bjurl was advised of the possibility of such losses.
